I have extensive experience as an accountant seeing all aspects of organizations. First in the non-profit arena and then many years in the mortgage and property management industries. Worked in a large organization as an asset manager for a Fortune 500 subsidiary, overseeing multi million dollar commercial properties. Years of hands on property management accounting taught me where owners actually lose money and time, not from a textbook, from running the numbers myself.
